1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

We only collect data required to handle your request or deliver the service:

• contact form data: name, email address, phone number, service type and message,
• billing data when a contract is concluded,
• basic technical data (browser information, IP address) stored in server logs.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process data to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual steps), to perform the service agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to meet tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), and to pursue claims and keep the service secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest).

4. Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 12 months after the last contact. Accounting records are kept for 5 years from the end of the tax year. Technical logs are kept for up to 12 months.

5. Recipients

Data may be entrusted to providers supporting our operations: hosting and email providers, the transactional email provider and our accounting office. They process data only on our instructions. We never sell personal data.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your data and obtain a copy,
• rectify inaccurate data,
• erase data or restrict processing,
• data portability,
• object to processing based on legitimate interest,
• lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO).

7. Cookies

The site uses only cookies strictly necessary for operation, including remembering your language choice. We use no marketing cookies and no profiling. You can change cookie settings in your browser.

8. Security and remote support

Remote support sessions are encrypted and started only with your consent; access ends when the session closes. We never copy your files without an explicit request. Providing data is voluntary but necessary for us to reply.
